Melissa Cavaliere, Esq.

Melissa comes to the firm with a vast degree of experience, having practiced as a general civil litigator for well over a decade in State Court, where she handled all aspects of litigation right through to appeals, and has also practiced in Federal Court. She is admitted in New York State and to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Melissa earned her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law. Prior to that she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minored in Public Relations and Communications. She sits on the executive board of the Queens Women's Bar, has organized and presented at CLEs, and served as a delegate to the Women's Bar of the State of New York. She is a member of several other local bar association chapters and sits on the planning committee for several charities.
